coyote feet

    i know i must be stupid but i was wanting to know when doing yote feet do you split the pad and flesh out or cut the pad off and replace with clay it will be on a leaping form i just did not want to tackle this blindly i respect all of your experience thanks for your replies

    I dont split the pad, but flesh it and use clay to fill. once dry, I usually paint to match reference.

    I flesh the pad as well.. Then fill with clay.

    you can completely invert the feet - no need to split anything
