Need advice on a nagging, impatient customer

    I took in a deer 2 short weeks ago. They want a camo dipped European. Anyways I get my euros out really fast, but haven't had the time to pull this one out of the maceration tank, clean it and send it off. This person is pissed because they have now seen euros brought in after theirs hanging on the wall ready to be picked up.

    In frustration last night I finally told this person that they had not even paid a deposit on the euro or camo dipping so to basically shut up and they'll get it when I get around to it. They have now informed me that they might just do it themselves or take it to Big Brown down the street.

    Don't know what to do, I have never had such an impatient customer, especially after only 2 weeks. My wife is driving me crazy about this damn deer she wants camo dipped :(

    Tell them that you cant tell the camo dipper to put your skulls to the front of the line. They do them 1st in 1st out
    You are waiting on them. It might by you an extra couple weeks. Depending on your Camo Dipper

    I would try that, but she knows it hasn't been sent off yet. Just getting really irrational.

    Seems like that display/showroom upgrade might come in handy afterall. Just be sure to pickup your blankets and cereal bowls before you open in the mornings.

    If no deposit I don't start period.

    If she is getting that irrational your best bet maybe is have them pick them up and take them down the road.
    Sometimes its not worth the headache.
