This swan had a wingspread of 78 inches, on this pose. The widest I have done is a 86 inch wingspan. Most Trumpeters are in the 24-28 pound range with the largest I ever did was 36 lbs on a digital scale. Glasseye, its for USF&W they, as most clients do, Like the rust stains left on as they do add character, Every now and then I get a client who wants them as white as possible. This is the swan I posted up a thread a while back on the strangely colored/marked feet.

Awesome swan Eugene! I hate mounting those things! Here's a customer bird I tried my new carcass cast drake woodie body on.

This common gave me fits today. He was a small bird with a very small head but in texas we don't get a lot of opportunities to be choosy. I don't remember swatting him but I must have.

I think my head was a little big and was stretching the skin. Just couldn't get it to "crest" up. At one point I was here

Ended up here after 3+ hrs of redos.
