putting motion in duck wing????

    I was wandering if anyone knew how to put the curve in a duck wing to give him the illusion of wind curving his primary feathers ??

    Vandykes sells a feather curler from Danny Owens. Others have used heat but either way be careful not to over do it.

    i use a piece of dial rod you cant put to much pressure just put it on the top of the feather and pull it toward you it will cruve the feather upward

    A heated method with a rounded modeling tool or a small curling iron etc. works well. Trying to strip a tool with pressure across the shaft of the feather will curl it and also destroy the shaft of the feather.
