I need to start off with saying shame on me. After having several people not willing to deal with me because I requested payment ahead of shipment of goods, I finally caved and sent my first hide prior to receiving funds. I also roof and side houses and would never start a project without a portion paid down. basic economics but thats just my two cents.

I sent a hide to Justin Bremer aka Boomer, owner of Boomer's Taxidermy in Scott's City, KS with a pm from him that the check would be in the mail as soon as he had my address. Since I sent the hides, he has went silent on taxi.net. It is only a $100 but I'm already taking a loss on the hide as it is. I've learned my lesson and will never send a hide until I receive payment. I'm disappointed that his integrity has to be brought in to question. Sellers beware and get your money up front.

I have never been a person who was impatient and I have always been patient with others and have delt several times on this forum. I have good reviews and I contacted Mike Putnam several times over this matter. He has been paid. I had an emergency that happened the day he sent the cape. I let him know. Within a week he went insane even after I told him I would send it out as soon as I was able to do so. I apologized on several occasions. I guess sometimes when people challenge your integrity I guess in their eyes they are right but I want him to know one thing; I was not scamming him in anyway shape or form. Please take this off the forum because my information is not to be public in this matter. Pretty disgusted over the whole deal.
    Sincerely,
    Boomer

I want to follow up on the transaction with Boomer. I have been nothing but professional in trying to resolve things. I did have to try many forms of communication to make contact after the hide was sent. When I was told payment would be in the mail the next day, it was actually placed in the mail a full week later. It took over three weeks to get a simple sale completed. Boomer did have a family matter come up, but the delay in payment after he returned didn't do anything to help his argument. I wouldn't say don't do business with him, but I would recommend you get your money up front as I was told that that money would be in the mail on two different occasions when in fact it hadn't been mailed. As I said to Boomer, hopefully this will improve the quality of customer service he offers in the future.
