I don't see anything that would draw attention. Nope, not a thing. Everything looks normal when your name is Michael P.

Clay, did he finally break down and tell you he wasnt delivering that lion? Yeah, I told him that was my personal secret method of drying the manes on lions to get that full wind look, lol, and he actually bought it!!!!!

  6. His driving draws enough attention. No lion needed.

    Not surprised at all.
This made me think of the story he told about the buzzards following him to town because he had carcass' in the back of the truck

Do you think anybody will even notice the zebra?

If you would've driven that around Chicago here folks would have been calling the police stating that they spotted someone transporting a live bobcat or cougar!

He made it home safe, thanks Clay, your work is AWESOME!! My client will love it! I'm finishing and mounting the rest of the safari in April, may just have to replace that old Ford after that paycheck!! LOL

Mike, that is a beautiful lion! The face is superb! Also, that third picture is a meme waiting to happen.

Adam, we mounted that lion together about a month ago, but that face is all Clay Wagner. I have a lot of trust in him and when I have big projects I need a hand on, he's my go to guy. He's 107 miles from my front door so I load up on Friday night and we stay busy all weekend!

On a serious note, admittedly, I don't know much about lions, but that mount looks really good.

squid hunt hard or go home

never had to haul anything that big. wouldnt you want to cover head up or i guess the whole thing? i would be afraid of plastering it with bugs or hitting a bird or something like that?

A tarp flapping at 65 MPH is going to cause more damage than any bug or bird. It was a beautiful early spring Texas day, not much to worry about.

I have a large cargo trailer to haul mounts in, but chose to leave it at the home on the coast this weekend. Took less than 5 minutes of grooming this morning ;)
