Bill, youre such disappointment to so many, and the best you got is calling me a big mouth? Sad.

  4. Mr. Bill Haynes, NTA Board member. Until you resign or your term is up you are still representing the NTA, please do so in a respectful way.
After your term is up then you can be back to your normal self !!!! We still want you to stay a member in good standing in the renewed NTA Assoc. for the rest of your life.
You should decide soon how you want to talk to people, either talk down to them ( for that you need to be off the NTA board ) or talk respectful and stay on until your term is up.

I don't think it's too much to ask:
A person on the NTA BOD should be required to represent the NTA in a professional manner at ALL times during the entirety of their term, and whenever they are speaking to a group of taxidermists they ARE representing the NTA whether they like it or not. My Haynes' continual rude conduct has been a disgusting embarrassment for months now, and yet he is still in office? That loophole needs to be closed in the NEW NTA.

One thing that is desperately needed is the ability to immediately dismiss BOD members who willfully refuse to fulfill the criteria of their jobs.
Of course, those criteria need to be very plainly spelled out so there can be no misunderstandings.
I'm not sure about the best method to replace any BOD members who can't do their jobs, but the first thing that comes to mind is to look at the immediate runners up in the most recent election. I admit to being remiss about examining the details of the NTA's organizational structure, but could there be one or two alternate BOD members available on a contingency basis in case one of the standing BOD members is unable to keep their position for whatever reason?
It's just a thought. I'm sure the NEW NTA HQ is considering these topics just as much as the members are, and they are in the position to fix it. If nothing else, this past fiasco should have taught us how NOT to run an organization.

    Onward and upward!

  7. Mr. Bill Haynes,

I have told you many times my name, You know it so CALL ME BY MY name.
MY NTA membership says "Gregg R. Ielfield & Family,"
IT DOES NOT SAY PONDS. I have tried to not go to your level but you have me on the edge.
Next time you ( a current NTA board Member) better use my legal name when you address me.
    Thank you.

I bet if I would have worn a Hawaiian shirt with my gut hanging out and my wife looked like Tammy Fae Baker , I would have left a lasting impression on you Mr. Haynes. As far as remembering me, I am sure you have selective memory about all the people at the NTA conventions that you have treated as dirt. I can say this about you Bill, you are consistent.

OK. Now I have to try and find my old NTA wall plaque. It's stuck in a box some place in the rafters. Looking forward to hanging it back up in my shop. Joe
