Carved rattlesnake skin mount .... all wood

    a piece of pine that I carved into a rattlesnake "skin mount. I burned in every scale. Getting ready to paint it.

    I used .............

    I used Pat Kennedy's scale tips. They fit the Colwood burners. I bought mine in 1997. Now you can get them from McKenzie. I also have the fish tips.

    Here is my one and only fish carving ...... although I am finally working on another one. :)

    That is amazing, fantastic work, and very unique! I had to double take when you said you burned it on the wood; it looks like a real skin mounted on pine-nice work!
