   I would like to know if you can replace deer ears with another pair?

   yes. if its just one side cut it out and replace it using good glue. if its the whole ear do the same. make sure the hairs are lined up good. youll half to sew it on the hide. and make sure the ears match as best as you can. a couple of years ago some one did one on here. cant remember who. sorry. best of luck.
