    Welcome everyone to "GHotM", a critique free thread where we all gather to both admire and inspire.
    I know it will be hard for a lot of folks to find time to post pictures of mounts as deer season is well under way, or is starting this month in most states... Today is opening day of archery in Indiana, and so it begins.. I'd just like to take a moment and wish the best of luck to everyone in both their hunting and taxidermy endeavors.
    Thanks so much to those who have shared, and hopefully those who'll find a little time to share this month...

    Great mount and deer! Unrelated to your work, I'm curious and have to ask why there are tree leaves in focus between some or the tines while the rest is out of focus as background? Looks like it was cut out and pasted with photo shop?? Again, nice mount!
