there is no liscensing required in th state of wv. as is with every state you must have federal liscense to mount migratory birds, and any animals you take from customers must have legal check tags if they are required. other than that get the persons name, address, phone # when and where it was killed and you are pretty much good to go. i may have left a thing or two out accidently but thats pretty much the idea.

Like KAMoHunter said is about all there is in WV. I'm in Waverly, WV wich is right by Parkersburg.

 

So you don’t half to have a license in West Virginia to mount turkeys fish deers bears and stuff like that

i have that problem too but instead of adding numbers, the whiskey i drink adds words to things that i didnt say. sorta like thinking out loud.
