    Hello everyone,,
I have a client wanting a barking red fox squirrel mount. Maybe I'm overlooking it, but I was wondering if there's an open mouth red fox squirrel form around? I don't mind putting in the work auto paint gauge of altering the form, but it's easier if there's already one readily available with a jaw set as well. I've checked mckenzie, van dyke, joe coombs and have come up empty handed. Anyone able to help out? Thanks! :)

i'm curious. what exactly does this mean:

"I don't mind putting in the work auto paint gauge of altering the form"

what is "Work auto paint gauge" ?

make your own head for the form you want. go to the tutorials and look up the "molding and casting bird heads" same technique can be used for squirrels.

i did it for a competition mount. (about 28 years ago) you get everything if done right. teeth, tongue, palate
i used silicone rubber caulk and a two part casting material, it was years ago and i cant remember the name but it turned out ok. of course there are better materials available today :)

I was thinking maybe they could cut the head off the form and use the real skull. Then just rebuild the muscles.
