Planning on mounting a bear/shoulder mt. for our show this year, wondering what others use to give the hide a nice shine.I have used windex, and deer hide shine products in the past-is there anything better?

A good shampoo/conditioner before you mount or after its mounted along with a good blow dry, done. Bear hair stands up off the skin, not laying flat.

Main and tail shampoo and conditioner get it at tractor supply or southern states, rinse well and use pet dryer to blow out dry

It is the last thing I do on my bears after all finish work is done. Fluff em up spray that on let dry and fluff em again. groom where needed and out of the work area it goes.
