Shop rate times number of hours plus services and supplies at a mark up and estimated shipping based on McKenzie rates. Panels, bases and such extra with the mark up and estimated shipping cost. I charged each item as if I purchased just that item and the shipping it would cost for just that one item.

pir^2h Retrievers give you the bird

They will get around it by calling it a "Handling Charge." Which is bullcrap.

SOME over charge like a needle, yes they may help but not a big box.
Ordered from Mutuska before not as bad as McKenzie that's for sure.

We can give all the reasons we want for shopping at Matuska, but we all know it's for the piece of candy you get with your order.

learn to wrap bodys... buy wire locally and learn to straighten it learn to clean skulls and use real bills or learn to cast buy eyes right from mfgr tohikon or taxidermy by or stock up at taxi conventions dont be "chained" to snap together supply house methods and products.... I can mount a bird for about 6-7 bucks counting borax and cob grit( which by the way you can buy cheap from reloading suppliers)

trappersteph now you can have it...

I had a huge box sent FedEx from research mannikins OR location. Lifesize bear was cut in 3 peices in the box, plus a fox form and some supplies. 52.00 shipping. I am on the east coast. It would probably have been 150 for shipping from McKenzie in PA lol.

    I am ratber
I am rather new as well. I feel thankfull to know of atleast 2 supply stores near me. Business is not booming yet because of my shop being new. Though I know my name will get out there soon. So I too freaked when I seen shipping for my ducks. Not bringing in the big bucks yet. So drained my pocket. Glad I'm not the only one who has had a cow.

M&Ms, malt balls and kit kats are usually what I get. They are all good because chocolate is what makes the world a magical place.
