I just picked up my customers skulls from my "skull guy"and noticed that it dosen't seam sealed. The dipped skulls are glossy but the plain ones look unprotected.Should I spray them with a matt finish or is there a reason they were left that way? Thanks in advance.

I personally wouldn't spray anything on them... Lot's of people here use paraloid B72, you can do a search for skull sealing or something similar. I know several that use mop and glow.

Many skull cleaners don't seal unless you specifically ask for it. Ask your clients first. Then it will depend on how good a job the cleaner did. If there is any sign of grease in them, I would not seal them. It will just make it look worse down the road. I use paraloid b 72 but in reality, if you are going to use that you need to commit to it. To set up only to do a couple of skulls with it ends up being wasteful. If you are going to use it on what you send out, it will end up being cheaper than anything else.
