    Lol. I posted the wrong pic. I had circled that cause I was talking with another Taxidermist about how that bird had some weird coloration. His cape ( in the red circle) was more brown, like it was from a different bird, His primary tips are weirdly marked too.

    Hello all. I mounted a little buffie for myself today. 20210618_163346.jpg It was in the freezer for about 7 years. A little freezer burn on the head but the rest of the bird was in good shape. Good save on one of my favorite ducks.

    Those are the state of South Carolina and I'm guessing the turkey tracks are placed where the bird was harvested
