I believe they will catch up in time for season. I get aggravated with them just like anyone else does. I would recommend that you call them in the afternoon, sit on hold for a bit lol, and then tell the girl that you want to prepay for the forms you want. Then your order will get filled faster. Also, you're not waiting for the web site to update. Hope this helps, and I hope your clients are patient with you. The supply chain crap is real. Also, the foam pricing has gone thru the roof, just like shipping. It's is greatly cutting into our business. Good luck!

Called and left voicemail on Thursday, mid-day. Received a call back on Friday afternoon along with email from same CS rep following up. I replied late Friday and received confirmation email this morning. They are swamped and short staffed. The gal I talked to was very helpful and mentioned she's filling in due to staffing shortages. Half my order needs to be made and most eyes are on backorder. Never had an issue with them and can't complain about what I got this week considering the circumstances.

I finally received my order from January, but NO DEER EYE'S!!! They have them on the order sheet? Trying to get through to them, but no response back yet. I'm sure they are short staffed and hard to blame, but man.

 

Or they are not in stock

 

Anything that is not in stock they will not have for months. Try to pick something else thats close

 

They told me they are working on my order of eyes, but no idea when they would send them, but still charged me because they are not listed as "backordered" It's been weeks since my order

 

What kind of eyes . I have 20 pair of McKinzie WT pre-rotated 32's

 

They are probably short staffed because everyone is on vacation spending up all that money they are making on OUR shipping costs.

 

You can tell they are struggling in the packing and shipping department. I received a box of stuff a few weeks ago and usually they are careful when they pack items all in several bubble wrapped packages but not this time grabbed it threw it loose in the bottom of the box duck bodies , driftwood, ear liners, some artificial cottonwood branches, all the eyes with deer forms on top and out it went! No damage but could have been a big issue. Next box was packs as I'm used too. Needing three pairs of deer eyes, forms and ear bases and liners hope their available. I will find out today when I order them I guess?

 

I need size 32 dark WT? They got back to me. They said they can't get in the lens and that all there 32 eyes are backordered. I need 3 pair. I just checked around, nobody has 32mm eyes.

 

I just placed an order with McK yesterday. Had a hard time finding 9mm and 10mm dark brn eyes for birds. I asked about deer eyes and the girl told me they have all kinds of 32MM eyes just not the white banded ones. Deer have to really crank their eyes to the side for the white to be seen. I have and can use the all brown eyes. Hope this helps

 

I just got a small backorder of Meder liquid lens whitetail eyes. Payer eyes seem to be available at many places.
