McKenzie's issue can be totally blamed on Joe Biden and his f'd up policies. It has caused the owners of McKenzie, LLCP, to adjust to Biden's dire economic plan. Any and all materials used in this industry that are by products of petroleum have been severely effected due to the crooked, mentaly challenged idiot in the white house

 

In the past, I have had no issues doing online orders.

More recently, I had an order in process for a couple of weeks without any confirmation , sent an Email with no response for several days. It takes long enough for packages to get here, and clear customs to enter Canada as it is, so I called them to find out what items might be the hold up.
I was on hold for only a few minutes.
Was just one squirrel body, that would take another 7-10 days to produce, so I said to cancel the squirrel. I can carve one or reorder some other time.
Apparently the rest could be shipped the next day. (Friday) but I still haven't gotten any confirmation of that. We'll see.

I feel for those of you trying to run a business at this. My inconvenience is your angry customer.

 

Give it a break we’re all going through this . Deal with it and in time like a yr or more you might be back to some normalcy. Otherwise like me drink a bottle of good scotch while you wait, it’s worth it!

 

It recently took 9 days for Research Mannikins to send me an artificial turkey head when normally it would take 2 to 3 days. I was prepared for it.

I didn't mean to sound like I was harping on about supply chain issues.

Was just sharing my experience.

You are right, we're all in this together, and it's a LOT bigger than the taxidermy industry. Regardless of your political stripe.


The manufacturing company I work for has been dealing with this for well over a year, 6,8, 9 or more month lead times for components that we cannot just make in-house.

I can live without a squirrel body. My only frustration is that the communication is lacking.

 

That's correct COMMUNICATION, was told one thing and they did another. I guess Bidens fault ?

 

My order is en route. Always makes me chuckle that it first goes to Miami Fl. before heading to Canada. Should see it in about a week I'd guess.

 

I don't like scotch but I do like your advice here and I'll enjoy other adult beverages instead.

 

Haha, I may still be learning, but at least I’m in the province next to you and could probably do a decent job without the hassles of you waiting for the US customs, postal, etcetc
