Wire Wheel

    What's your favorite size and what have you with regards to a wire wheel for fleshing turkeys. Is it coarse, soft or somewhere in between.? Or are you pressure washing your turkey skins?

    I once pressure washed turkey skins. I even presented a seminar on it at the NTA Convention in Gatlinburg years ago. I resorted to the wheel due to the little shards of flesh pressure washing gets into the plumage. I use the coarse wheel in my VanDyke's bird flesher.

    I bought mine from McKenzie and use a coarse wheel on everything
    Even woodies
