  1. Hey Nina your work is really good but those forms you use are terrible.

Hey rice, It wasn't my choice to use the boring straight upright form. I did that mount for a 10 year old kid, that was his first deer and his dad wanted the plain mount with no turn. :/

  3. I don't like the straight mount either but I would try McKenzie or Meder if I were you. The shoulders on the form you use look way to small. Its NOT your work it's just the form.

I usually use McKenzie, This was a Gene Smith form I wanted to try out. The other Gene Smith form I ordered, which is a left turn semi sneak for my dad's bowkill buck, has bigger shoulders.

The next mount I am doing just happens to be on a left turn Meder form, it's a nice buck with at least a 19"neck. You'll see pics of it within the next week when I am done mounting it.

Just getting ready to start this one. My cousin got him during the PA archery season. Just officially scored at 154 + gross and 148+ net. Largest buck I have mounted. Will try a post some more photos tomorrow.

The buck had an outside spread of 25 3/4" and inside spread of 22 1/2". Was taken in Indiana County.

Stupid Fawn! If anyone knows why Someone would do one of these things please fill me in. I am doing it as a gift to my wife thankfully not a customer or I would probably loose my butt on the deal. Unfortunately I just sent another one of to the tannery for a buddy of mine, I can't wait to do that one---NOT! Anyway nice work everyone and keep it up. If it isn't to bad I will post pics when it is finished.

Yeah crazy looking thing. It looks like drift wood on his head.Customer actually thought this deer was very old. After matching his teeth to the chart I guess 4.5 years old.Not that old just strange!
