Stupid question but I need to know. How long should it take to thaw a big Canada goose,it was removed from the freezer last night around 9pm its now 12:30 thats 16 1/2 hours the neck and wings are loose the skin part of the legs are soft but trying to move the legs(hip)to loosen it up for skinning forget it its like a rock rigimortise can't be this hard can it or is it still froze its hard to feel threw the thick feathers. Also it was left on its belly for that time period so could by chance the belly still be froze as it was not as exposed as the back. Thanks

Thanks I was just afraid of it being out that long that it might start to spoil.
