To all that went to the Indiana Show ( A I T )

It was great to meet everyone at the show It was my first trip to the Indiana show everyone was super friendly and made me feel at home looking forward to next year I had a great time, Monty I donated the toothpick holders Send me your address if you need some, I will send you a few free samples, I really appreciate all the great fish info and you sharing your knowledge

 

I'll throw in my 2 cents. I had a great time at the show and think the association done a wonderful job putting on the show. My hats off to all the board members and their hard work to pull it all together. It was good to see more vendor participation this year and what seminars I was able to attend was very informative. Didn't get to meet to many new people but the ones I did have a privilege to meet were full of knowledge that they was more than happy to share at no expense.

 

Had a great time, and met some nice people. I will post pics of the mounts at a later time..........I'm tired.

 

Had a great time met some good and some old friends, I hope to see all of you next year. And maybe at the world show.

 

I had a wonderful time at the AIT show. This was my 3rd year and looking forward to next year. The information I get just talking to other taxidermist and the seminars are priceless. I hope to go to the World, if not I will see you all next year. Thanks to our President and Board Members for a great show. I also want to thank anyone was willing to give me more knowledge.

I personally want to say, "thank you" to the Indiana Association. Thursday of last week, I did not know a sole in Indiana. I don't know if I have ever been to a convention where I did not know at least one person. Today, I have numerous new friends in Indiana. I got to meet many of the people who frequent this forum. I was treated with respect and I felt like I was part of the family. My impression of the AIT is grand and the hospitality was unbelievable. What a great association and thank you for having me out. I give the AIT an "A+" in running a convention. Great Job.

Oh, congratulations Monty on that "smoking" crappie. So far, it is the best mounted crappie I have ever ran across. Great job.

 

Thanks for the kind words Ken, I will be sure to share them with everyone that may not see them here. We enjoyed having you Judge our show as well.

it was a great show,lots of great people and some great work by all,nice to get out of shop and see some old friends,been almost 8 years for me

 

It sounds like everyone had a good time. I hate that we had to miss it due to Pete having surgery. Next year though.

KEN: it was GREAT talking with you and your always WELCOME to come visit when passing through, Doug is looking forward to you seeing his work next time, with all the learning tech you gave him most grateful!!!!! MONTY: see we told ya, you need to take that "smoking crappie" to WORLDS!!! that way Danielle and I can do just a little more yelling and acting up together (What do ya think Danielle, is that a good plan LOL)

AND YES we were most PLEASED with the AIT they did an awesome job.. Congratulations to all the NEW officers/board members, We found all the judges were very willing to share information to make you a better taxidermist!!! Not only that, the members were warm and willing to help in anyway.. WE HAD AN AWESOME TIME WITH OUR BANQUET DINNER TABLE NEW FRIENDS sorry group, wished I would have pick our number!!!!!!!!!Already looking forward to next year..

Alright guys and gals, bear with me. I'm uploading some pics to photobucket now, and will post the pics as soon as I can figure out how to do so. And I apologize that I won't be able to do your mounts justice by posting the artist, but maybe if you want to you can let people know which one was your piece. Also, the TAHR one the WASCO by the end of the show. The turkey with a sweet base had already won the WASCO previously, and was accidentally awarded again.
