Any updates from the New Mexico show?

    went to the show this weekend but didnt attend the banquet due to a scheduling conflict, but was just wondering how things did. it was my first time attending the New Mexico show and it was "different" not seeing whitetail after whitetail. Pretty cool show none the less. Javalina shoulder mounts were nice and the tahr was too. it was neat seeing all the western big game compimented by a smorgasboard of non native animals, fish and birds.

    nice show.

    congrats to all the winners and to the new mexico taxidermy association for their generous hospitality.

    mtnduks, where are you from in TX? I am from San Antonio and was up at the show with four waterfowl birds in the professional division. It was definitely a great event...great people and nice work all around! I will definitely be at the next show unless the military takes me away (then my wife would go up to the convention in my place).
