krowtann 2000

    i have treated a raccoon in krowtann 2000 is there anything else i need to do to the hide before mounting ? is it possible to just lay the hide out to dry if i just want a a flat hide !

    I just got done mounting a raccoon with Krowtann and it worked great, if you followed the directions you shouldn't have any problems. If you want to have a flat skin I would stretch it out on a board and staple the edges so as it dries it stays flat.

    thank u so there nothing else i need to use on it ? no oil or anything

    If your planning on mounting it, no further treatment is needed. If you want it to remain flexible after drying, for a wall hanger etc., then you'll need to oil it.
