Lifesize Mammal of the Month #10 (1/09-2/09)

Discussion in 'Lifesize Mammals' started by Doylestudio, Jan 1, 2009.

  1. Thanks Codi

Are you casting your own forms?......love the natural look on your mount......the positioning of the legs.....Marco

  2. RDA, nice presentation on the lynx. I have handled alot of them over the years. Yours has that soft, full, lofty look.Thats how they stay warm when its -40f like it is up here now. Their hair length gives thier body a much larger appearence than they are. I see alot of mounted ones groomed down to much and they look to skinny and flat. Also i like your head shape. 8)

  3. It is a Jan Van Hoesen form from WASCO.

  8. Here is a picture of a raccoon that I did for a customer. The hair on the front half was not as fluffy as the hair on the back half not sure why maybe a non prime skin not sure when it was shot but the guy said it kept getting into the cat food in the garage so his wife shot it. Nice work so far can't wait to see more.
