    i finally have a contribution this week. my first mount of anything. i caught this, molded it, cast it and finished it today. now i just have to make a base. i'm thinking of using a caribou shed

    You should do a tutorial on urethane carving. That bluegill looks great! As a woodcarver myself, you have struck my interest. I haven't even thought of carving in foam, other than making fish bodies. I'm especially interested in how you finish the foam.

    OK here is a largemouth The customer had in the freezer since 1989 it was freezerburnt but it did come back turned out great

  9. Real nice fish everyone. Fishdude those are some great looking mounts, nice detail everywhere. DanB nice Peacock Bass. I've always wanted to do one but have never had the opportunity. Oh and GO GREEN GO WHITE!!!!!

    I havn't put one up here in a while.. here is one of my 30" walleye repros that I put in the auction for the SDTA last weekend. Fun to do a whole display for once instead of all blank reproductions and wholesale pieces.

    Here's a couple pics of a bass I did for a client that contacted me through these forums. The fish was delivered to Josh Knuth for habitat and some chase fish additions.It's a custom cast 7lb. + fish. Hand panted Tohican flint eye. Can't wait to see what Josh does with it.
