these are such a pain!
any good tips for fixing?
Toss it and get another skin. Squirrels are too plentiful to attempt fixing that.
i thought about it but this squirrel had some neat features, 5 inch tail, only two toes on the back foot, and a huge scar on its back
good luck with that
Obviously "Fuzzy" led a rough life to begin with. Personally, I'd do him a favor and not make him exhibit it in death. I'd toss him out.
Anyway to replace the head section of skin and make it look decent?
the first squirrel I skinned out ended up with only 2 toes on one foot to LOL
What happened, did someone stick the barrel in the nest and shoot? :
seems like people would use a .22 lol
Shotgun is much easier though... lol
i like a challenge myself. Savage .22 accutrigger, 3-9-50
pick em off at 100 yards
I prefer my Mossberg 4-10 with 3" #4's
Blam! Blam! Blam... Squirrel burger. ;D
haha, i once shot one with a slug
I shot one with a 270 ballistic tip once, funny thing is I never found much of it...
We used to bark shoot them with 50 cal black powder rifles several years ago. That was alot of fun. I still take my 32 caliber black powder out tree rat hunting once in awhile.
thats because it disintegrated
Send it to me. I only charge 900.00 to fix things like that. I just finished doing one but the feet looked like that. All of them.
Send it to Gee Whiz. He would have it done in 2 hours for $65. Think of the profit margin.
How am i supposed to make a living when you help him advertise. : Are you working for him now. ;D
Hey, just trying to explore the options . ;D
