Here's a little 32" "canebrake"

    I caught this little guy out in the road last September and mounted it recently using the Bondo carcass cast method. I cast the head and body still attached in plaster once I skinned the snake and poured the body with thinned Bondo. Buy the way this is an "Alabama canebrake rattlesnake"! ;D :D

    Perry I like it, Our canebreaks are a little on the darker side here. I haven't took in one this year. I've got a small copperhead to do.

    THAT is a Timber rattlesnake.

    Maybe a "timber" to you guys, but around here it's a damned ole "canebrake" or "velvet tail" depending on how far back off the road you are. ;D :D

    In south GA. its a canebreak in north GA. its a timber rattlers.

    Perry I agree with You It's a CANEBREAK ! So you other guys better deal with It! LOL Cause I call it a Velvet Tail also LOL so I am on your side Perry ! I can't take it anymore Ya !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! anyway I still think it ought to be called a Velvet tail it sounds Nice
