I think Hop is in winter sleep, ot they are to little for him

Francois ,show us few pieces when you stuffed them... Personally I dont like to do this old thinks, especially when they was preserve by formaldehyde....
My 1st thru Siberian (abuth 70% bigger than European and some other diffrences)
I will show them when they are ready, but the master of the little birds is in winter sleep i think. Master Hop where are you, i have almost 200 of those little hummingbirds.
Must be Humming bird time , i got a load of um in too , so need better glases for that job

you don't normally get to see birds like this around here - the spectacled of course is being mounted for an education center/rehab fascility that has raised this bird for the last 27 years (didn't know waterfowl got that old) clearly it was well taken care of to live that long.
You are a very lucky man, Jeff....that Spectacled Eider is a special project for sure!
