    Wondering if anyone had any tips on defatting a Domestic Mallard. This guy has more fat on him than whats in a jar of Crisco. I've been slowly working on it with scissors like my instructor showed me but it's slow going. I found a wire brush bit for my dremel, I'm going to try that soon.

    I got Dawn and Borax as instructed as well. The Borax is making life easy by keeping my hands and tools from getting slick with grease. Apparently your not supposed to wash the bird until after the defatting though.
