This was my first male wood duck. Still drying, then I have to paint the bill

 

The last time I spoke with Brandon, I forgot to thank him for starting this thread. It's so funny how the internet has helped all of us to instantly "visit" another shop and see such great work from around the world. Here are a few to get this thread back up to the top.

 

Taking a little R&R!

 

House Sparrow female. First bird I've done since 2005. A little rough but it means there is room to improve on the next one. First time doing a bird this small.

 

Kma your birds look great as usuall. Glad to see your back at it.

got 3 marmota marmota, they were fresh, gutted and look a little flat ;D
i had to work until after midnight, to get the fur off and freeze them. why do customers always bring them in the evening? :
