Just got four deer that have been in the freezer for 3-4 years, ears are curling on a couple of them. Do I skin out and inject water in the ears and work the water around? Is there a better way better solution? Thanks for the help.

Put a couple of drops of Dawn dish soap in the water and inject them. They will rehydrate it may take a bit but they will soften up. You could try some relaxer as well.
