I've tried my hand at fish taxidermy, and I suck at it. I do like to catch fish, however, and trout are a favorite quarry. I have been C&R trout fishing lately, and got to thinking about how I could get good reference pics to put on this site. My solution is a 16"X8"X3" plexiglass mini aquarium that I can set up creek side for pics of trout in the water. The brookies are spawning right now, and gorgeous. The rainbows exhibit a wide variety of colors and spot patterns. I also catch cutthroats and browns and will post pics as I get them. Now I catch, photo, and release.
