Racoon Question

    I just mounted a racoon, we don't have many here. How common is a cinnomon or Blond racoon and what would be the correct name ?? Thank You

    we have alot of coons here and I have never seem one that light in color. I would think it would be blond

    it's white like an albino almost.

    i would say blond also

    Another name that we like to call those types of coons are "Sand Coons".

    Looks like the Ol' Ghost Coon you hear about from coon hunters

    It is actually a luecistic Coon. A black would be called melanistic & pure white is an albino. I have one like yours, made a nice mount.
