skinning mink ears

  1. Does anyone have any tips on how to skin mink ears without making holes in them. :mad:

    Small critters like that make me nuts, any help would be greatly appreciated. ;D

    use a DULL tool and your thumb/finger nails... ;)

    must turn the ears before tanning.
     
  6. i seen a seminar where the guy used a small round handle paint brush dipped in dish washing soap

    ;D Use a Teany, Tiny, Ear Wizard. ;D
     
  8. I use the end of my sharpening steel and roll it around inside the ear, mink, squirrels......
     
  9. Stop rot to help with any slipping issues and my lip tucking tool. The brass one with the wood handle.
