I know a place in Cotula where you will see deer like that in many areas. It's 5,000 acres and it is high fenced.......is that a cage ???

5000 acres under a fence, I call that managing your herd. There are probably deer that may never see the fence.

  5. Amazing! Definitely a day you'll remember! I could handle a day like that!!! Congrats!

I film on a place that is close to four thousand acres of low fence with big deer all over it, well it had one deer that was well known and the owners wanted him bad being low fence it got onto another piece of property and another hunter shot it. So yes if it is high fence it is not fair chase, but as you stated it is managing YOUR heard.

Honestly, here in rural Ohio it takes a 150 to make anyone say nice deer, it takes a deer close to 200 to cause anyone to take a second look. I hardly get in a deer under 140 to mount. Since Joe is in Ohio he should see those quite often....but 5 wild deer in a day looking like that...WOW.

Ohio is loaded with big bucks, I hunt Ohio woods every year all season long. That does not mean all the deer were from the same area, Ohio is a big state and a good portion of the northern half goes to the southern half to hunt. What this says is that people really like the work he does and choose to bring him their deer. Just because they are all monsters does not mean they are ranch deer or high fence of any kind.

I do piles of game farm deer. The two biggest ones in the front look alot like farm deer due to the light color horns and alot of time they have velvet remnets late in the season. But the other deer look wild to me.

Not one of those will even go 200, but nice bucks though, for American deer.

    And......

And how many years of scoring do you have to make that statement? Oh, never mind you are 19. LOL

LOL!!!! enough to know that not one of those whitetails touch 200, maybe 180-190. And if you wanna talk about age, if you think those are 200 inch deer and you're 51, I'm doing better than you.

I just guessed at the scores, but I know you can not put your hand around the bases. I really didn't care what they scored, that was the best bunch or deer heads I ever took in in 49years of being in bussiness.

Don't get me wrong, they're nice bucks, and sorry if I sounded a bit cocky, which I know I did, but I really do have a hard time believing they will score that high. Sure they do have the garbage and mass, but they lack the length and spread of a 200 inch deer, I mean look at the two world record whitetails, the hasen buck scores 213, and there is a trememdous difference in length and width, and look at the spread and length on the record non-typical, again a HUGE difference even though it does score 333. And if you want further reference, look at the world record cous whitetail, it only scores 196, and is a more comparible specimen to these whitetails. Just my two cents.

  19. Looks like deer from wilderness whitetails from Wisconsin, they tag them with duct tape like that, is that where they are from?

So why are you pooping in Joe's breakfast bowl? Who cares what they score, it's Joe's story and he got blessed for the work he got in. He said twice that he guessed at the scores. Young punk gasoline asses around here,,,,
