I've had to stop and watch the kids for my dear wife. I'm not done fleshing the face of a white tail deer. Low tonight is 24. Can I leave it hanging outside and resume tomorrow?

    thanks,

    Andy

yes you can, just freeze your project until you have the time to do it

No need to freeze it if you are going to finish it tomorrow. Just put it in a plastic bag, tie it tight, and put it in the refrigerator (the lower the better). it will be fine overnight this way and you won't have to wait on it to thaw again. However if you are going to be more than overnight getting back to it you should freeze it for sure.

I don't think he needs to put it in the fridge. 24 degrees outside should be cold enough! Brrrr!
