Had a guy ask me about tanning some coons foxes and a couple bobcats. They are damaged ones he caught with no chance of ever being mounted. Is there any reason to turn the lips, eyes, etc. Or should i just flesh and tan. he just want to hang for decoration. Thanks Josh

If you split the lips and turn the ears the face will come out soft and supple, and is less of a chore breaking the face area.

For a wall hanger, You can cut the lips right off, and cut the tucking skin around the eyes off as well.
