I got in a Black-Backed Jackal flat that I was determined to mount. Ears all slipped, split lower jaw, enlarged eyes, but perfect back fur. So I wired wrapped up a sleeping pose to hide all the faults. The ear is a transplant off a scrap Black-Backed flat. It's far from perfect, but I'm still pleased.
Very nice Naturalist
That is really good. How did you make the form?
Thank you, colleagues! Mannequin made of polyurethane foam - custom (Saint Petersburg). This is my first boar with open mouth. The beast was with the cut skin is sewed many pieces together. More tailor was than the Taxidermist! I enjoy your praise. Thank you, friends! Good luck to all of us!
sooooo....its not really a "wrapped mount"....
Nice mounts, but the pictures should be placed in the general gamehead forum area. This area is for "wrapped" mounts.
Thanks for comments, colleagues! Sorry, now I know!
Here's wildcat wrapped for museum. I had to change front leg because of damaged (roadkill) that's why mannequin looks a bit differend than ready mount
