    Great tutorial...I'm just getting started in on taxidermy and dont plan on taking on a repaired antler anytime soon but posts like this really give us newbies a boost in confidence if something like this was to come along.

    Are you going to post pictures of the completed mount?

    Matt, just got in an Axis that this will be in-valuable for. Thanks for taking the time to post. This stuff helps all us new guys so much.

    And Antlerman, Ive got the facilities, can come up with some willing students, you just have to get to South East Australia!!

    Thanks again guys. Yes Mike, I will post some pics here when I get it finished up. He is mounted and dry, just need to get to finishing him up.

    Well, it's not the best pic in the world, but I though I would get a quick one of the finished mount for those that wanted to see it. He's finally all done!
