Stinky hands

    Wow....I thought doing a largemouth bass left my hands stinking....well I just got done cleaning a 45 pound snapping turtle for a skin mount....P-U. That smell makes a bass smell like perfume. :'( :'( ::)

    Don't know if it would work or not but lemon juice works for fish smell, it might work for turtle. You definitely get into some "interesting" smells doing taxidermy! ;)

  7. i can solve your problem ,just skin and flesh a skunk first then youll be glad its only fish or turtles. actually skunk dont bother me either, but guess where i sleep when im done, my wife wont let me near her ,i just cant smell it after 30 years of skinning skunks. kevin
     
  8. H2O2 wash well then baking soda, then gasoline then set your hands on fire. That will fix that....

    Wash with soap. (lemon dish soap works the best)then don't rinse just towel off.
