World Show Parking?

Discussion in 'The Taxidermy Industry' started by AKAnatomyBob, Mar 28, 2007.

  1. HABU...New guy needs some info please. I will be driving down from Alaska hauling a 30 ft trailer. Can I park at the show for the entire event? Do people stay in the campers at the show and is there a parking area designated for campers/trailers? Is it secure? Is it FREE?

The show is held at a casino goodluck finding parking for your truck trailer, let alone a spot to camp..
Call Boom Town RV Park, You can park your trailer there. ..(DO a google search for Boom Town RV Park) I called around to labout a week and a half ago and all were booked for the larger trailers. Except at Boom Town.
30 amp service runs 166.75 for a week. AND there is also a shuttle that goes to downtown reno every hour... Or you can drive over.. It isnt that far at all..

If you stay at the Circus Circus there is a parking lot for Guests that is behind a locked gate, & is under surveilance. I can guarantee that parking lot will fill up fast & will end up being not very much manuevering room.

I am staying at the Atlantis & they have a HUGE parking lot that you can drop your trailor & camp in it or what ever & it doesnt cost anything.

You can not stay in your trailor in the Circus Circus parking lot.

We have a crew cab pickup so anyone needing a ride from the Atlantis can ride with us.

I am also going to check & see if the Atlantis shuttle will be going to the show, I know they used to have pick up & delivery to the strip, but I will find out.

If you havent made reservations yet & you have wheels the Atlantis is a nice motel with a fantastic Buffet. Plus its about $100. cheaper. They also have a heated INDOOR pool.

It is about a 10 minute drive to the show.

    See ya there,
