Your sunfish looks great...but how did it do at the woprld show?
I have been following this thread for years but never posted any pics of my work so don't beat me up too much LOL!
Here is a 30" 11lb walleye from the Columbia R. that was recently completed for a client.
Closeup pic of the head. Natural head and fins on this fish.
Warthog, I won best professional replica at the worlds with it! I guess even a blind chicken gets a little corn every now and then.
Welcome new guys!
Love the look of that walleye Clete.
Congrats Casey! very Nice.
Jeff R. Beautiful work.
Beautiful fish art everyone!
Alot of talent out there +1
Thanks Jason S. You guys saying not to beat you up or that you don't post pictures because of your lack of confidence need to realize that you're doing some very nice work. Keep it coming.
lmb just finished....love that steelhead jeff!
Nice walleye Jeff and nice bass wishbone.
I'd accept a one eyed chinken, but not blind, lol. Great job Casey!
Thanks for your kind words guys. I was a bit nervous about posting any pics of my work because I have seen some truly spectacular work on this thread. It is one of my favorites to view!
Casey, nice pumpkinseed! Damn hard one to pull off! They always give me fits.
Nice "eye" Jeff. Looks like a lot of care went into that mount. I would be very pleased with it.
nice one wishbone... unfortunate for glare covering some of the detail work on the head, im sure its just as good as the rest of the paint job
Hoooo Hooooo! Another exotic to paint. Saddleback grouper. Not much reference on Google. Seems quite a variable fish. Most had way more spotting than the reference pic I got, which was not that great. Would have liked to work from a better pic, but customer wanted it just like it is. Probably won't paint another in my lifetime.
That is really Cool!!!!!!! I would like to buy a blank just to have some fun with the paint - way out of the norm of your regular LM bass LOL!
Beautiful paint job!
Nice eye in your smallie Pete, I am glad you put the guitar down and got busy on fish. . the small mouth looks great.
Nice bass Kevin! They look better and better every time you post one up!
