I have a set of antlers that were brought to me that were stained with a antler stain and way too dark. They wanted me too make them look more natural. wow they are dark. I was just checking to see what is everyones preferred method to lighten these back up so I can get them too look more natural.

you could try bleaching but i doubt if it will work , the best solution is to paint the antlers with latex paint then stain with oil paints

Justin, you should have brought these antlers with you yesterday & we could have worked on them !! LOL
Walmart sells a citrus stain remover that I have had good luck with. You paint this stuff on & leave it sit for awhile & then rub off later. I'm not at the shop now but will find the actual name of it tomorrow & let you know.
