   As hunting season draws closer and the heads especially with antlers keep coming in, how do some of you store them? Surely you dont want them to rot. Not being cold outside yet keeping them outside isnt an option, what do you do? ???
   
   Rent freezer space?

   buy a freezer..wrap heads in plastic and put them in till you get to them

   I macerate them as they come in, especially at this time of year. During the season when they are coming in faster, I may get behind and have to store some but it is usually colder then so I have more options. But a big freezer helps.

   I guess Im more concerned with elk because of their size, the rest I can deal with.

   bug or macerate, no need to store them, work backs up that way
