I ran just a little short when pouring the 2nd half of my mold. Por-A-Mold
Question; When I pour an additional amount on top of the cured mold, will it bond and become one, or will I end up with 3 layers ?

If it is Por- A-mold it will bond It's polyurethane to poly urethane. What are you casting?

Ocellated head ( master ) it's time for a new mold, the first one has seen a lot of use.

You should be ok. Sometimes I've had issues with my mold not being tight enough and some of the new running down over top of the old and it causing issues (between the hardened part and the rubber). Obviously it is best done in one pour esp. for a master. I have had the parts seperate one time, but most times it is a non-issue
