    OK Ken...need your expert help. I have 2 ways to reduce a picture in my computer resize program. Percentage (%) or Pixels. By percentage I reduced my picture to 572 x 429px and tried to post and was told picture was too large 311.9kb. I get similar results with reducing by pixels. Yet I see pictures with similar sizes posted. What am I doing wrong? JL

    ....yes! Unless you want to put up with all the damn pop-up ads and advertising which slows the site down to a snail crawl...... I decided to go with imgur.com for all my photo uploads. You can still post pictures from your laptop picture files but you have to resize them with "MS Paint", the free software that comes pre-loaded with most PC's.
