I did these for a friend of mine.
Snakeawave, when I look at your metal fish now and how they looked when you've first started, your progress is commendable.

Nice job rp
I have been knee deep in whitetails since July, so I haven't had much of a chance to post any fish. I decided the other day, to take a break from the whitetails and complete this king salmon. It is a spawning Alaskan King from JG replicas. The replica was totally awesome, and I would highly recommend it. Reference for this particular species was very tough to locate. Anyway, my contribution to Rick's fish pix.
A Fresh-run Lake Ontario King just starting to color up for the spawn
Repro head, tail & adipose , all other fins are real skin...hand carved body
Thanks to everyone sharing your work. rp, great job on the recreation of Dottie the LMB.
I had the privilege of doing Bob's World Record Redear Sunfish which weighed 5 1/2 pounds. I did a custom replica reproduction and a skin mount for him.
The scenes show what the fish was caught on.
That redear is awesome and those rocks and habitat are some of the best i've seen, Thanks!
