[IMG] I am located in eastern NC and have never had the chance to do an elk. The chance arose this past season and i feel like i pulled it off. I had a great time doing it and the client was very happy. I just wanted to share with the taxi-net family, critques are welcome however i know it is not perfect, but very satisfied with the outcome nevertheless. Thanks

nice job i hope some day i will be able to do one

  3. Looks good. A man in TN did one for me several years ago that looks perfect. I still have to stop and admire every time I walk by it. I wish I could get in touch with him to talk about some of his techniques. I had always had an interest in taxidermy and I think he gave me the final push to pursue it.

I did all the tanning myself and was really surprised at how thin the skin on these animals is
