    retard question....but dont you normally replace the velvet? wont it rot cause the blood vessels underneith? Just wondering.....newbie here ;D

    But, OMG, it looks awesome :) Just had a friend get a muley in Idaho that was pretty good size too.....

    The antlers were hard underneath, they get flushed with formaldehyde as best I can, than I put them in a pickle for a week or so, or you can freeze/thaw them off and on if you haven't got a freeze drier nearby.
